For universities, trainers and associations

Issue credentials under your own name.

Paste a list. Each person confirms their name before anything is signed. They receive an Open Badges 3.0 credential that anyone can verify, in English, Spanish or Portuguese, without calling you.

How it works

From a two-hour class to a full course. Same signed credential either way.

What you can issue

As light as an attendance record. As rigorous as a certification.

Start with a class name, a date and a list of people. Add modules, outcomes, skills and hours only when they earn their place. The label on the credential always matches what you actually did.

The step that changes everything

Nothing is signed until they’ve checked it.

When a name is misspelled on a signed credential, the fix is a revocation and a reissue, and the person may already have shared the wrong one. So we ask first. Each person sees their name exactly as it will be printed and confirms it or asks for a change. Accents and capitals can be approved automatically; anything bigger comes back to you.

Accents

Gonzales → González, asked to the person

Spreadsheets

GONZÁLEZ, PEDRO → Pedro González

Excel files

José Pérez → José Pérez

Email typos

@gmial.com → @gmail.com?

Shared inboxes

info@ and rrhh@ are flagged: a credential is personal

Already holds it

Skipped, never duplicated

How it runs

  1. 1Paste your list, or upload Excel or CSV. Problems are flagged as you type.
  2. 2Each person checks their name from the email, on any phone.
  3. 3Name changes come to you, or are approved automatically when they’re only accents or capitals.
  4. 4Then it’s signed, and it’s theirs for good.

Proof that holds up

Verifiable by anyone, with any compatible tool.

Every credential is an Open Badges 3.0 document, signed twice, with your organization as the issuer. Anyone can check it on a public page, in an Open Badges wallet, with their own code, or through an AI assistant.

Your name, not ours

The issuer is your organization, signed with a key published under your name. We host the credential; we never put our name on your course.

Open standards

Open Badges 3.0 and W3C Verifiable Credentials, two independent signatures and a public revocation list. Readable by any Open Badges wallet.

Every reader, every language

A verify page in English, Spanish and Portuguese, a PDF certificate, and one click to add it to LinkedIn.

After you send

You always know who has it.

One board per course: who has it, who opened the email, who asked for a change. Reminders go out on their own after 3 and 7 days. For anyone still silent, send their personal link by WhatsApp in one tap, or fix a bounced address.

Questions people ask first

Is a credential like this legitimate?

It’s as legitimate as the organization that issues it. What the platform guarantees is that any change to it is detected, that it names you as the issuer, and that anyone can check both in seconds.

Do recipients need an account?

No. They confirm from the email. Later they can sign in with a link sent to that address to keep all their credentials in one place.

What if a mistake is found after issuing?

A credential can be revoked with a reason, and the public check shows it at once. The confirmation step exists so this is rare.

What does it cost?

Issuing is part of the Certidemy Partner Network, with packages by yearly volume. Tell us what you teach and how many people a year, and we’ll recommend one.
